Good behaviour is necessary for effective learning and teaching to take place. We consistently encourage good standards of behaviour in our school. The children and staff work together to keep ‘Golden Rules’. These help us to maintain a happy school. Children are praised and rewarded appropriately and there are very good relationships between staff and children.
The whole school community has an agreed set of rules entitled ‘Golden Rules’. Details of these are contained in our behaviour booklet and they are displayed prominently around school.

We don't hurt others
We are kind and helpful
We don't hurt anybody's feelings
We listen
We don't interrupt
We are honest
We don't cover up the truth
We work hard
We don't waste our own or others time
We look after property
We don't waste or damage things
